Dear Sirs:

        I am writing to protest the absurd if not criminal
decision that was made in regard to Mr. Barry Kort's suit.  The
protection and care of our country's wetlands is something that every
citizen should want to pursue.  That you, as a legal entity chose to
side with a gross misuse of the property in question, is frightening.

        I work in the Attorney General's office for the State
of New Jersey, in the Hazardous Site Litigation Section.  Our
attorneys deal daily with wetlands, groundwater, etc., and what
happens to them when irresponsible people misuse or pervert their use.

        Mine is just a small voice, but I'm sure one of many.
Shame on you, in a day and age where we are trying to conserve what
is natural and endangered.
